Review by hotel critic
I recently enjoyed a stay at Riad Lapis-Lazuli Bed & Breakfast with my family, and it turned out to be an excellent base for our adventures. Upon arrival, our hosts, Abdou and Patrick, warmly welcomed us and provided a detailed map to help navigate the Medina district. Initially, the area felt a bit daunting, but once we got our bearings, we felt completely at ease exploring. The hospitality here stands out. Abdou went out of his way to accommodate us, organizing breakfast at 6 AM when we had early plans, and even assisting with printing our boarding passes on a Sunday morning. This was a nice touch-especially for a family looking to maximize our outings. The accommodations were comfortable, and my kids enjoyed the calming atmosphere after busy days exploring the sights. Plus, the breakfast included a spiced coffee that my wife and I still talk about! In terms of location, it was close to great restaurants and attractions. Riad Lapis-Lazuli made our family trip memorable without breaking the bank.
